
Pete Daderko leads marketing at EchoMark, bringing a blend of military service, management consulting, and enterprise technology expertise to the company's go-to-market mission. He previously served as Senior Director of Product Marketing at Microsoft, where he spent seven years leading go-to-market strategy for the collaboration portfolio — including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Planner. Before Microsoft, Pete was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, advising clients in technology, financial services, and manufacturing industries. His career began as a U.S. Navy submarine officer, giving him firsthand exposure to the critical importance of information security and the real-world consequences of unauthorized disclosure. Pete holds an MBA with Honors from the Wharton School, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy. Pete lives in Seattle with his wife and 3 sons. Outside of EchoMark, he coaches youth sports, and enjoys running and hiking with his family.
